Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual Patient Service Representative in Wilmington, DE to support patients navigating the healthcare system. You will handle referrals, authorizations, and ensure follow-through on care plans in a patient-facing, administrative role.

The position requires Spanish/English bilingual skills, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient service. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a business casual dress code.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient referrals and coordinate with providers
• Manage prior authorizations for services
• Communicate with patients by phone to resolve barriers to care
• Support patients facing challenges such as lack of insurance, transportation, or language barriers
• Collaborate with internal departments like the enrollment team
• Track care coordination to ensure follow-through and "close the loop" on services
