The candidate can work in a Hybrid/Remote capacity in the McAllen, TX area, with onsite training for 30 days. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to serve diverse patients effectively.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Professional demeanor under pressure with patients and providers.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls from patients, providers, and partners in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize resource use.
• Update patient demographics, medical history, and insurance data in the EHR.
• Relay messages between patients and medical staff; coordinate care and follow-ups.
• Address concerns empathetically; resolve scheduling conflicts with relevant teams.
• Stay current on medical office protocols and privacy regulations.
