Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with computer entry and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls professionally.
• Review appointment availability and schedule appointments for all clinic locations.
• Assign new patients to appropriate provider and maintain provider panels.
• Enter, review and update patient account information in the practice management system.
• Inform patients about Salud policies, procedures and billing basics.
• Collaborate with staff to maximize accessibility of care for all patients.
