Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound patient communications and deliver exceptional service.
• Educate patients on financial responsibility, collect payments, and set payment plans.
• Review billing statements and insurance updates, guiding patients on options.
• Proactively contact patients with outstanding balances to secure payment.
• Meet departmental KPIs: quality, productivity, attendance, and collections.
