Job summary

Touchstone Medical Imaging in Tulsa, OK is seeking a patient service-oriented professional for a full-time Bilingual Patient Service Representative at our Midtown location.

You will schedule exams, verify insurance, handle authorizations, answer calls, and ensure accurate patient data while delivering exceptional service. This role offers a premium base pay, shift differential, monthly bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in medical office or hospital setting.
• Experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate and complete information to billing office.

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional on a full-time basis as a Bilingual Patient Service Representative to help support our Midtown location in Tulsa , OK .
Shift: Monday - Friday (10:30am - 6:30pm) and a rotating Saturday
