• Experience handling difficult callers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services and assist with appointments, tests, and information.
• Enter billing information at time of service and follow up on missing data.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Support providers and care team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
