Job summary

Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of patient calls, schedule appointments, and respond promptly to inquiries. You will work to maintain confidentiality and accuracy while supporting front-desk operations across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, have strong typing skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls from patients and schedule appointments.
• Screen calls and document messages while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist patients and staff to facilitate interactions with the practice team.
