Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and route them to appropriate personnel.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments.
• Work on referrals and import demographics from patient portal.
• Verify patients health plan benefits and obtain authorization.
• Assist patients with questions and/or concerns regarding procedures.
