Temple Health coordinates patient communications and supports practice sites by handling quality and operational tasks. The role serves as the primary contact between patients, families, caregivers and staff, communicating daily in oral and written form with clinicians and patients.

The position requires 2 years in customer service/healthcare, with preference for bilingual Spanish. Experience in managed care or call centers is desirable, and familiarity with IT systems to maintain data integrity

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in customer service and/or healthcare.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Experience in managed care, insurance, physician practice or call center environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports practice sites by assisting with quality and operational tasks.
• Serves as the point of contact between patients/families/caregivers and practice staff and providers.
• Communicates via oral and/or written correspondence to patients and physicians daily.
• Provides appropriate and clinically relevant information and facilitates requests within designated timeframes based on clinical urgency per protocol.
• Maintains knowledge of several IT systems and assures database compliance and integrity.
