Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of experience with customer service in healthcare.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with using Windows based programs; MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to work full time Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST; occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to senior members and scheduling visits.
• Conducting appointment reminder calls the day prior.
• Intervene with care providers to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists.
• Own issues to resolution in real time or via follow-up with members.
• Research complex issues across multiple databases to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
