Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English to communicate with patients and team.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a medical/dental setting.
• Strong scheduling and calendar management with attention to patient flow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and set a welcoming tone for visits.
• Manage daily scheduling, minimize wait times, and resolve issues quickly.
• Serve as liaison between patients and clinical team for smooth handoffs.
• Assist patients through check-in/check-out, schedule follow-ups, and collect payments.
• Explain treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options.
• Confirm appointments, verify insurance, and follow up on missed arrivals.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Support front desk operations and onboarding of new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
