Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care, part of Humana’s Primary Care Organization, seeks a Supervisor, Center Administration to lead Staffing, scheduling, and daily operations in a multi-physician clinic. You will partner with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and supervise a diverse team of support and technical staff.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, 3+ years of operational leadership in a medical setting, and familiarity with EMR/HIM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience in a multi-physician office or clinical group setting
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and multiple software tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Make decisions related to scheduling, planning and daily operations
• Supervise a team of support and technical associates, providing day-to-day coordination and oversight
