Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3–6 months of medical office experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones and assure prompt, courteous service at all times.
• Manage patient flow and assist with check-in/out processes.
• Greet patients, take payments, and assist with daily reconciliations.
