Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions in Orange, CA seeks a Bilingual Patient Advocate. The role trains onsite and gradually transitions to remote work over ~90 days. Schedule is M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM Pacific, full-time.

You will connect uninsured patients to programs covering medical expenses and coordinate with hospitals and government agencies. Responsibilities include eligibility screening, completing applications, and precise documentation in MPower and hospital systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Screen uninsured patients to determine eligibility for federal, state, and local programs.
• Complete and follow through on applications until approval.
• Document patient cases accurately in hospital systems and MPower.
