Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a collections specialist in Texas to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on accounts, and document all collection activity. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with PC and MS Outlook.

You will review account information, determine next actions, verify resolutions, and contact patients to discuss payment options. Daily desk inventory management is also part of the role, ensuring high-priority items are addressed promptly.
