Qualificações

• 1 year of healthcare patient access experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Patient intake, registration & documentation: manages cases, resolves errors, validates and indexes documents.
• Administrative & technology operations: prepares schedules, tracks records, navigates multiple systems.
• Financial counseling: assesses coverage and initiates financial assistance.
• Insurance & contract coordination: applies payer rules, resolves issues, identifies contract limitations.
• Scheduling: schedules specialty visits and coordinates preparation.
