Qualifications

• One year of call center experience required.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and dual screens.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle ~70 calls per day for appointment scheduling across Erie sites.
• Verify insurance, schedule accurately, provide information, route calls as needed.
• Attend trainings, maintain patient records, and ensure courteous service.
