Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join the Prosecution & Counseling department in Washington, D.C. The role welcomes candidates who can work from the DC office or remotely, leveraging a strong technical background to handle prosecution for diverse clients.

Required are fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken), and a USPTO admission, plus a minimum of two years of law firm patent prep and prosecution experience. Bachelor’s in a technical field is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications.

• Research technical, scientific, and legal aspects to support prosecution and portfolio strategy.
