Job summary

Wolf Greenfield seeks an Entry-Level Technology Specialist fluent in English and Korean to join the Electrical & Computer Technologies group of the Prosecution & Counseling Department. This position can be based in Boston, New York, or Washington, DC, or fully remote.

Responsibilities include reviewing disclosures, conducting literature searches, drafting assessments, writing patent applications, and communicating with the USPTO.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review disclosures and interview clients to understand inventions.
• Search literature and patent databases to assess patentability.
• Draft written assessments and prepare patent applications.
• Prepare responses to USPTO communications.
• Develop arguments for patentability with Patent Office Examiners.
• Review patents for IP due diligence in acquisitions.
