Job summary

Wolf Greenfield seeks an experienced Patent Agent fluent in English and Korean to join our Prosecution & Counseling department. The role supports patent preparation and prosecution for clients spanning major consumer brands, academia, and startups, with options to base in Boston, New York, Washington, DC, or fully remote.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean (written and spoken).
• U.S. Patent and Trademark Office admission required.
• Minimum of two years of law firm patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Strong judgment, maturity and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with leaders, scientists and patent examiners.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prosecute high-quality patent applications.
• Prepare responses to USPTO office actions.
• Conduct examiner interviews and perform freedom to operate analyses.
• Perform technical, scientific and legal research to support prosecution and portfolio strategy.
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to advance IP strategies.
