BCG Attorney Search seeks an Electrical Patent Agent to prosecute patent applications and collaborate with clients in the Washington, DC Metro Area. The role requires a strong technical background and USPTO registration, with 1–3 years of experience in relevant technologies.

Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin is strongly preferred, and knowledge of Taiwan business culture is advantageous. This is a full-time position with potential remote work options in VA and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Eng, Computer Eng, CS, Physics, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of patent prosecution experience as a licensed patent agent.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills; ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in Taiwanese Mandarin preferred; knowledge of Taiwan business culture.
