Responsibilities

• Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks in preparing and mixing pastry products.
• Work at different stations (fruit cutting, economy packing, juice, basket, assembling and plating).
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
