El Rancho Supermercado is seeking a Pastry Clerk to deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment. You will model the company values while helping customers and supporting pastry production.

The role involves greeting customers, organizing pastry displays, and assisting with baking breads, cookies, and desserts. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a High School diploma and a valid Food Handlers Card required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• Customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with customers to address questions or concerns in a friendly, service-focused manner.
• Organize products in display case and tables while ensuring fully-stocked cases.
• Support team with pastries including breads, cookies, and desserts; pan dulce.
• Maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, and sanitation.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy while rotating pastry items.
