El Rancho Supermercado is seeking a Bakery Clerk to assist in daily bakery operations, including dough preparation and final product assembly. The role emphasizes accurate portioning, safe food handling, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and taking cake orders while supporting team members in a busy retail bakery environment in Stafford, Texas.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic kitchen skills, familiar with food preparation in a bakery department.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Mix and measure ingredients to form dough or batter, roll and shape dough for bakery products.
• Cut, peel and prepare fruit for fillings, baking cakes, and preparing icing.
• Train assistants and maintain cleanliness of the bakery.
• Maintain records of customer orders.
• Provide quality customer service and take cake orders.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored separately and safe handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor cooler and freezer temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
• Rotate merchandise in accordance with labels and department schematics.

Conocimientos

Bilingual in English and Spanish
