Job summary

Swissport International provides ground handling and passenger services to millions of travelers worldwide. The Passenger Service Agent role supports reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, check-in, and VIP assistance, ensuring a smooth airport experience.

Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Filipino being preferred. Evening availability and a willingness to learn airline software are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Evening availability required.
• Must have relevant customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.
• Manage passenger baggage processing and fee calculation when applicable.
• Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes, including for unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Make public address announcements and support ramp service with wheelchair-accessible equipment.
