Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and upsell items.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
