• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to provide professional service.
• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently while keeping customers informed.
• Build lasting customer relationships through dependable follow-up and product knowledge.
• Collaborate across Parts, Service, and Sales to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
• Maintain a professional front-counter environment that is organized and welcoming.
