Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management, processes transactions, and assists with in-store services and inventory.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and ASE certification plus Spanish language skills are a plus. Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on parts, handling returns, and maintaining the cash drawer.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, or sales knowledge is helpful.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise choices.
• Support store management and professional customers as needed.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store phone calls and provide price quotes and recommendations.
• Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and inventory tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training, as required.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
