Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a preference for Spanish. responsibilities include cash handling, returns, exchanges, and assisting with in-store services and stock updates to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
• Familiar with automotive parts and sales/service context (ASE cert a plus)
• Spanish language skills are highly desired

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Support store management and installer service specialists
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges per policy
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Assist with stock, planograms, and daily store operations
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries when needed
