Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired (bilingual)

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and assist with quotes and selling items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and handle receipts.
• Perform in-store services and stock replenishment per planogram directives.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Operate store equipment after training and company requirements are met.
