• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers in servicing professional customers.
• Handle cash, returns, and credit transactions per policy.
• Answer store calls and provide quotes; promote low-price guarantees.
• Maintain and stock shelves; assist with planogram updates and inventory.
• Perform in-store services and occasional delivery as needed.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
