You will assist with merchandise selection, handle cash transactions, and help store management meet daily tasks. Bilingual Spanish is highly desired for supporting a diverse customer base.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, answering calls, quoting prices, and maintaining accuracy in the cash drawer while promoting company programs and warranties.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts and sales/service ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store calls, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy; resolve complaints politely.
• Stock shelves, perform planogram updates, and assist with daily operations.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries as required.
