Qualifications

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist professional customers and store management.
• Handle cash/balance drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Perform daily store operations: stocking, planogram updates.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if needed.
