O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help cover phone calls, in-store assistance, and various operational duties.

Responsibilities include promoting customer service programs, greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, handling cash, and performing daily stock and service tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Multitask effectively with in-store and phone customers.

Responsabilités

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints politely.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking shelves, and image maker tasks.
• Perform daily operational tasks including returns to distribution center and inventory counts.
• Operate brake lathe and store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (install wipers, test batteries, etc.) as allowed by state laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed, with proper driving eligibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
