O'Reilly Auto Parts in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with daily tasks. The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions, and participating in continuous training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Handle exchanges/returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, freight receive, stocking, and cleaning.
• Perform daily operational tasks including merchandise returns and stock counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostics) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
