Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Windom, MN is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, assist with merchandise selection, and provide accurate pricing and quotes while promoting company programs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling cash and returns, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining shelves and stock while following company policies. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desired).

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and handle returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planograms, and image maker updates.
• Perform daily operational tasks and inventory checks.
