O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be favored for customer interactions.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing transactions securely, and resolving issues per policy. Occasional driving for deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls per policy, look up parts and quote prices.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, tests) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
