Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Henderson, NV is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support professional customers as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, promote service programs, quote prices, process transactions, handle returns, and help with stock and planogram updates. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in parts lookup, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote company customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist managers with professional customers as directed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions per policy.
