Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, while supporting store management. This role requires bilingual abilities (Spanish encouraged) and the ability to multitask across phone and in-store interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired (bilingual candidates encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Answer store phone, look up parts, and quote prices.
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries when needed.
