Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist installers and professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls and provide quotes and upsell items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process cash/credit transactions.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Update image maker and planograms; stock and organize shelves.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, lighting) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
