O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high level service to retail and installer customers in a store environment. This role supports store management and promotes customer service programs while handling transactions and stock responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.
• ASE certification is a plus and automotive knowledge is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professionals and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Support store operations (stock, planograms, inventory).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when required.
