• Promptly greet customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Answer store calls and quote prices, upsell related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support stock updates, planograms, and daily operations.
