Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Participant Engagement Manager for the Borderplex region (El Paso, TX). This full-time, onsite role leads frontline service delivery across in-person and digital channels, ensuring compliant, high-quality participant experiences from entry to enrollment.

You will manage referrals, supervision, and cross-team coordination with Workforce Solutions Borderplex to meet program benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in workforce development, case management, or related program with supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage workflow, prioritize demands, and keep a team on track.
• Strong detail orientation and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate frontline service delivery across in-person, virtual, and community-based access points.
• Monitor referrals, queue levels, response times, and WIOA documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of participant engagement and frontline services.
• Coach staff on engagement practices, policy, and customer service standards.
• Serve as local coordination point with Workforce Solutions Borderplex and partners.
