Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to build relationships with participants, employers, and community partners to drive enrollment in workforce programs. You will assist customers in the Resource Room and triage needs to connect them with relevant services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in a workforce environment or coordination/planning experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations and educational facilities to encourage enrollment.
• Conduct outreach presentations to diverse audiences including students, parents, and job seekers.
• Identify and implement outreach opportunities to meet employer needs and enrollment goals.
• Connect job seekers to open positions and opportunities for training and development.
• Assist in talent acquisition for local businesses, including screening candidates for skills and fit.
• Maintain regular contact with participants and employers to verify placement and retention.
