Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience with cash handling.
• Able to work 20 hours per week.
• Comfortable serving customers of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the Mayfair branch.
• Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life philosophy.
• Maintain knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Handle teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow Cash Management policies and investigate any errors.
• Build relationships, make referrals, and exceed member expectations.
• Support bilingual Spanish/English members as needed.
