Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in customer service, banking, cash handling, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately within limits and balance cash drawer.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Perform account maintenance, transfers, loan payments, and counter checks.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships and meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and confidentiality.
