Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, banking, cash handling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately within approved limits while balancing cash drawer.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and services.
• Perform account maintenance, issue counter checks, process transfers, and accept loan payments.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate as needed.
• Protect client information and follow security protocols.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to meet performance goals.
• Support branch operations and other duties as assigned.
