Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) at the Stone Oak Parkway branch in San Antonio, TX. You will build client relationships, assess financial needs, and deliver tailored banking solutions to grow branch revenue.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in banking, strong communication, and a proven ability to cross-sell banking products while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience in a universal banker or personal banker role.
• Proven relationship-driven sales with ability to meet targets and cross-sell products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage clients and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and manage client relationships with needs assessments and tailored solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services; identify referral opportunities and follow up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans.
• Deliver sales-focused solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service and risk management.
