Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with families or shelters preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid license/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Pass TPCN Counselor Certification exam with 80% or better annually/as required.
• Properly bill TPCN and agency systems for residents.
• Enforce Guadalupe Home rules and guidelines.
• Issue write-ups for violations.
• Maintain driving record and availability for overnight/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Document incidents and update logs accurately and timely.
• Oversee daily chores, safety, and cleanliness of common areas.
• Engage residents and children daily in activities and provide coaching.
• Maintain boundaries and act as a positive role model.
