Job summary

Child & Family Resources seeks a dedicated Parent Educator to provide home visits for families navigating AZEIP or local developmental programs. You will support caregivers, maintain a 15-family caseload, and deliver PAT-based activities with cultural and linguistic relevance.

Flexibility for evenings/weekends is needed, with strong documentation and data entry practices. The role emphasizes coordinating resources, attending meetings, administering screenings, and building durable community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Two or more years of experience with young children 0–5 and families.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge/experience with AzEIP program.
• Able to travel to homes and sites; flexible hours.
• Experience with diverse populations and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and maintain a caseload of 15 families.
• Deliver group connections and PAT curriculum with fidelity.
• Administer developmental screenings (ASQ-3, ASQ-SE2) and other tools.
• Coordinate with IEP/AzEIP meetings and prepare families for evaluations.
• Provide resources and advocacy; document within three business days.
